6. Subscription Plans Websight offers free and premium subscription plans. The premium plan is priced at $28 per month. By subscribing to the premium plan, you agree to pay the subscription fees and any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable.

7. Cancellation and Termination You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the premium features until the end of your current billing period. Websight reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Websight does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability In no event shall Websight be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold Websight, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
